## Registration — Mobile app

## Open the Mitra Finpay app

Select **Register here**.

## Review the business-registration steps

Review the registration steps, then select **Register now**.

## Allow location access

Mitra Finpay requests access to record the device’s GPS location.

Select **Allow location access**.

## Enter owner details

On **Enter Owner Details**, complete every required field.

Select **Continue**.

## Confirm your email and phone number

Review the email address and phone number. Both must be valid and active for verification.

Select **Send**.

## Create a password

On **Create Password**, follow the displayed requirements.

Select **Continue**.

## Confirm the OTP code

The system sends an OTP to the registered phone number.

Enter the correct OTP before it expires, then select **Confirm**.

## Select Owner Identity

The **Registration** page appears.

Select **Owner Identity**.

## Complete liveness verification

Complete liveness verification before starting registration.

Read the **Liveness Instructions** and select **Next** for each step.

Select **Start**.

## Follow the liveness instructions

Face the device camera and follow each instruction. Continue when the frame turns green.

Complete all three verification steps. The system then processes them to 100%.

## Upload an ID card photo

Open **Owner Identity**.

Select **Capture**, follow the instructions, and submit an ID card photo.

Complete the required fields.

## Upload a selfie with your ID card

Select **Capture**, follow the instructions, and submit a selfie with your ID card.

Select **Save**.

## Select Business Information

Return to **Registration** after completing the first step.

Select **Business Information**.

## Enter Business Information

Open **Business Information**.

Complete the required fields.

## Enter the business location

Select **Open Map**.

Select your business location until the red pin marks the correct point.

Select **Use Location**. The coordinates populate the field.

## Upload store and product photos

For the required store photo, select **Capture** and submit an exterior photo.

For an optional product photo, select **Capture** and submit the photo.

Select **Save**.

## Select Bank Account Information

Return to **Registration** after completing the first two steps.

Select **Bank Account Information**.

## Enter Bank Account Information

Open **Bank Account Information**.

Complete the required fields.

Select **Check Owner Name** to validate the account number.

## Save account details

Complete the remaining required fields.

Select **Save**.

## Confirm bank account details

Review the bank account details. They must be valid and active for fund disbursements.

Select **Save**.

Return to **Registration** after completing all steps.

Select **Submit Business Details**.

## Accept the service terms and conditions

Review the **Service Terms and Conditions**, then select the check icon to accept.

Select **Verify My Business Details**.

## Confirm business-detail submission

A confirmation appears. Submitted business details cannot be changed.

Select **OK, I Understand**.

## Registration complete

The **Registration Complete** notification appears with verification information.

Open [the self-registration website](https://webmitra.finpay.id/self-register). Allow location access when prompted.

## Select Merchant Information

Select **Merchant Information**. Ensure the device camera is available for face verification.

## Select Merchant Type

Select the merchant type matching your profile.

* Complete the fields for **Personal** merchants.
* Complete the fields for **Business — CV/Firm** entities.
* Complete the fields for **Business — PT/Foundation/Cooperative** entities.
* Complete the fields for other business entities, including government or military organizations.

## Enter the business location

Select **Choose Location Point**. Search for and select your business location until the blue pin is correct.

Select **Choose**. The coordinates populate the field.

## Enter Owner Information

Open **Owner Information** and complete the required fields.

The fields are identical for Personal and Business merchants.

## Start face verification

Open **Requirement Document**.

All merchant types complete liveness verification in **Face Verification**.

Select **Face Verification**.

## Enter Settlement Information

Open **Settlement Information** and complete the required fields.

Select **Save** to complete registration. A **Register Merchant Successfully** notification appears.

## Start account sync in the app

After website registration, synchronize your account to use the Mitra Finpay app.

Open the Mitra Finpay app and select **Register here**.

## Enter your registered email

On **Enter Owner Details**, use the email registered on the website.

Select **Continue**.

## Create a password

On **Create Password**, follow the displayed requirements.
